Email your STEP, DXF, DWG files or a dimensioned drawing to info@dnsprogressiveinc.com. If you are early in the design process and only have rough dimensions, that is fine — our engineer will work with you. No NDA required to start a conversation, but we will sign one on request.
Engineering Review Within 24 Hours
Dr. Ridjosic personally reviews your design for manufacturability, tolerance feasibility, and material selection. You receive a written assessment and a firm quote within one business day. If we see a way to improve the design for cost or lead time, we will tell you.
Fixture Design & Fabrication
Our tool and die team builds any custom fixtures or tooling required for your specific geometry. This is included in the quote — there is no surprise tooling surcharge. Fabrication begins immediately after drawing approval.
Quality Inspection & Certification
Every assembly is inspected against the approved drawing. Manifolds receive in-house hydrostatic pressure certification. Lifting equipment ships with FEA documentation and stamped engineering drawings. You receive a complete document package with every shipment.
Delivered to Your US Dock, Duty Paid
We quote DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You pay one price. The part arrives at your US dock. No customs headaches, no surprise fees. We work with licensed customs brokers to manage all cross-border documentation. Your purchasing team treats us exactly like a domestic US shop.

What file formats do you accept?
STEP, DXF, DWG, Solidworks (.SLDPRT), and dimensioned PDFs. If you have nothing yet, a phone call with rough dimensions is enough to start.
Do you handle urgent orders?
Yes. Contact us directly and we will assess the timeline. Rush orders are possible depending on current shop loading.
Are you a certified supplier for US procurement systems?
We are currently building our US supplier certifications. For clients who require a specific supplier code or W-9 equivalent documentation, contact us and we will work through the paperwork together.
