Products
Three product lines. One standard: engineered, fabricated, and delivered in weeks.
Product Line 1
Custom Copper Busbar Bridges
What It Is
Multi-layered, pre-bent, insulated copper busbar assemblies with flexible braided copper expansion joints. Fabricated for modular data center skid interconnects where each physical layout differs. We fabricate directly from your CAD or STEP files using custom punch, bend, and assembly fixtures built by our tool and die team.
Why It Works for Custom Runs
Mass-production busbar factories optimize for volume. A custom low-volume run breaks their automation flow and goes to the back of the queue. Our tool and die capability means we build the fixtures required for your specific geometry, run your order, and ship. There is no minimum volume penalty.
Who Typically Buys This
Procurement engineers and deployment project managers at data center infrastructure firms who need custom copper interconnects for modular skids. These buyers typically have CAD files ready and are facing 12–16 week lead times from their standard electrical component suppliers. They need someone who will review their drawings quickly and fabricate without requiring volume commitments.

Product Line 2
AI Rack Lifting & Transit Jigs
What It Is
Engineered low-profile lifting frames, heavy-duty caster transport plates, and anti-tip hoisting jigs for AI server racks. Designed specifically for the new generation of liquid-cooled AI racks — including systems up to 3,400 lbs — which require low overhead clearance, narrow aisle navigation, and stable center-of-gravity management during installation. Every jig is designed with FEA load analysis by our in-house PhD engineer.
Why It Works
Standard rigging equipment was not designed for the weight and geometry of current-generation AI racks. A jig protecting a $3M fully-loaded rack justifies engineering investment. Our engineer designs to ASME B30.26 rigging hardware standards. You receive stamped engineering drawings with every order.
Who Typically Buys This
Data center deployment logistics leads and rack integration teams responsible for moving fully-loaded AI racks from receiving dock to cold aisle. These buyers need lifting equipment that handles the specific weight and center-of-gravity profile of liquid-cooled racks. They require engineering documentation for their safety and insurance compliance, not off-the-shelf rigging products.
| Parameter | DNS Advanced Capability |
|---|---|
| Rated load | Up to 4,000 lbs (custom higher on request) |
| Profile height | Low-profile designs for aisle overhead constraints |
| Material | Heavy-gauge structural steel, powder coated |
| Standards | Designed to ASME B30.26 |
| Documentation | FEA report + stamped engineering drawings included |
| Input format | Rack OEM spec sheet or dimensional drawing |
| Lead time | 2–3 weeks from design approval |
| Delivery | DDP to US dock |
Product Line 3
Liquid Cooling Transition Manifolds
What It Is
Heavy-duty stainless steel and thick aluminum multi-port transition blocks for data center row-level liquid cooling distribution. These blocks receive large-diameter supply lines (4″ or 6″) from building-level pumps and distribute flow to individual row-level cooling circuits. Precision sealing faces and high-pressure flanges are finish-machined on our CNC equipment. Every manifold is pressure-certified in our facility before shipment.
Why It Works
Transition manifolds are critical path. If the manifold is not on-site, the row cannot be liquid-cooled and the rack cannot be powered. Standard vendors treat these as low-priority custom items. We treat them as the critical path items they are, with in-house pressure testing and documentation your installation team needs.
Who Typically Buys This
Mechanical and facilities engineers at hyperscale data center operators and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) contractors serving the data center industry. These buyers are specifying liquid cooling distribution networks and need custom manifolds that match their pipe sizing, port count, and pressure requirements exactly. Off-the-shelf manifolds do not meet their specifications.
| Parameter | DNS Advanced Capability |
|---|---|
| Material | 316 stainless steel or 6061 aluminum |
| Inlet diameter | 2″ to 6″ NPT or flanged |
| Port count | Custom (2 to 12 ports per block) |
| Pressure rating | Up to 150 PSI (certified by in-house hydrostatic test) |
| Sealing faces | CNC-finished to drawing spec |
| Input format | STEP, DXF, DWG, or dimensioned drawing |
| Lead time | 2–3 weeks from drawing approval |
| Delivery | DDP to US dock |
